My Items Is Damaged, What Do I Do?

If your item is damaged or becomes damaged after your first wear due to manufacturing issues, contact our support team immediately with a description and photos of the goods. You are covered under our warranty for the replacement of these goods at our cost. 


If the goods are washed in a way that contradicts the care label and becomes damaged your warranty will be void, and you will not be-able to make a claim. 

How Do I Return An Item

You must return the item to us in an unused and unworn condition, at your own expense. We recommend using tracked shipping. In case of a loss of the package, you will have corresponding proof over the consignment. Contact our Service team for the return address details.

How Do I Exchange Goods For Goods?

Please contact our customer service team at service@projectclaude.com to arrange the exchange or your item. Please return the original item in an unused and opened condition as per the return conditions. Please note that exchanges will be made depending on stock availability. We will inform you accordingly, should we not be able to execute your exchange.


Unfortunately, we can not accept returns on underwear and swimwear. These are classified as intimate apparel and legally we are unable to accept refund or exchanges on these items unless the item is faulty 

How Many Days Do I Have To Return An Item?

Project Claude offers a 14 days returns policy on all our items apparel and accessories.

How Can I Claim A Refund Or Exchange An Item?

If you need to return an item for a refund or exchange, please contact our customer service team at service@projectclaude.com

or through our help portal immediately.  Please indicate the order number and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Refunds and exchanges can be processed within 14 days of the item being received. 

When Will You Refund My Payment?

As soon as your goods have been received by our team and checked, the purchase amount will be automatically refunded. Refunds will vary depending on the payment method and will be processed within 14 days following receipt of the returned goods..

Can I Return A Customised Item?

Individual custom made products are final sale, and can not be exchanged or refund. 

Refund & Exchange Policy

Due to the intimate nature of our products and our strict health policies, we do not accept returns for underwear, swimwear and bodysuites. This to ensure that all customers can confidently enjoy brand new products.

Please choose wisely, as we do not offer refunds for change of mind. We will, however, exchange activewear, shorts and harnesses for another product or store credit provided we are notified within 14 days of the purchase date. Any requests to exchange clothing outside of this timeframe will be dealt with at our discretion. 

The expense of return shipping to Project Claude is the responsibility of the customer.

We do, however, take full responsibility for any errors in fulfilment (ie. incorrect size, item, quantity, or style). In this instance, please contact service@projectclaude.com immediately for assistance. Please provide us with your order number, a photo of the contents of your order, and a photo of the included packing slip. We ask that you contact us within 10 days of the delivery receipt in order to assure a timely resolution. Notifications received after 60 days of the order being delivered will be dealt with at our discretion.
